E-commerce Manager Marketing  – Stockholm     As E-commerce Manager you have the unique opportunity to be part of growing all aspects of the  Paradox games store  and of serving ~7 million Paradox accounts with a great shopping experience. You will be part of a cross-functional team with competencies within UX, Analytics, Marketing Automation and CRM while also working closely with external development partners. You will also work with our Product Marketing teams to ensure the user journey is consistent with brand guidelines, providing the best customer experience possible. Your performance will be measured by retention and lifetime value. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to grow into ownership over our direct sales channels. Responsibilities: Develop new methods for driving lifetime value and growth in the Paradox Store Plan and set up promotional activities to achieve business targets Manage all aspects of offering a localized user experience Payment methods and risk management Ongoing reporting to key stakeholders Manage product pages and coordinate product launches Requirements: Hands on experience from SEO, conversion rate optimization and working with e-commerce in cross-functional environments. Experience from managing online payment methods KPI driven with a strong business sense Experience from working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) or equivalent platform Fluent in English, spoken and written We believe the right candidate can transform data into actions with tangible results, have great communication skills and passion for digital business development.
