As part of the job you will perform hands-on development and management of the Oracle Database with the  live games team.   Responsibilities: Oracle Database Administration – Create and manage database objects (tables, procedures, indexes) .   Administer database security including using supported tools to monitor the database environments.   Technical Planning – Define goals and objectives for database or Web server administration requirements.   Develop work break down structures (time and activity plan) to accomplish objectives.   Monitor performance for Administrative Systems Web Application servers and enterprise ancillary systems (e.g. Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, enterprise services, degree planning, etc.).   I nformation  Security –  Manage  database risk by preserving enterprise data and protecting the operational integrity and security of these high-value database systems.   Tools Programming- manage some tools programming in C# and Python.  Additional duties include assisting with content creation for game development and assisting with quality control of all products. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information technology or a related field  plus  experience  in information systems management, or  an equivalent combination of education and experience.   Experience with operating systems and scripting languages (e.g.  LINUX ,  Windows, Shells and scripting, SQL , PL/ SQL , etc.).   Experience managing and maintaining relational database management systems (e.g. Oracle).   Experience with performing RMAN Recoveries.   Experience with C# & Python for Tools Programming projects.
