Head of Business Intelligence is a cross-functional role that creates and sustains the BI Culture among game designers, developers, game artists and marketing teams.
Head of BI has complete autonomy to establish the technical and cultural BI excellence at Gram Games through in depth understanding of statistics, game monetization models/KPIs and technical tools required for the job.
We already have awesome teams of game analysts, marketing analysts and game designers who care about making data informed decisions , we need the visionary subject matter expert to bring it all together hands on for the highest player satisfaction.

As a developer here, your responsibilities would include, among others, working on our internal development framework, rapidly prototyping new game concepts, and working closely with our design, art, data science, and marketing teams to create the next (or next ten) big mobile hit(s). We're looking for candidates who won't balk at a challenge, whether it be wrangling the code of large, third-party codebases, or implementing features that will, when published, affect millions of people around the world. ...is very comfortable with modern version control systems (git)
...is competent with general game development concepts, including graphics development, game logic, communication with backend services, user interface development, and artificial intelligence.

As a game designer here at Gram, you’d find yourself in a cross-functional role, working with developers, game artists, gameplay analysts, and the marketing teams, to create engaging, original games. You’re here to take ideas, yours or others’, and turn them into fun, engaging, and unique titles. You’d be expected to work with many styles of games, anything from progressive puzzlers to engaging midcore titles, and to participate actively in their development. You’d be an integral part of the prototyping process, and in ensuring that the Gram team is always on its toes.
